Lucas does the whole thing himself. He mixes, proofs, scores, and bakes every loaf — then bags them up, paints the sign, and works the booth.
When you order, it’s made start to finish by an eleven-year-old who takes it seriously. High standards, real crust, no shortcuts. Just a kid who’s good at this.
Our story
No leftovers.
Lucas was close to his great-grandmother. She loved to bake. He was too young to stand at the counter beside her, but he was always there — and that bond stuck.
She was the one who made sure nothing went to waste. No leftovers from dinner, none from the goodies. The table stayed full and nobody left empty-handed. That was her rule, and it became the name.
Lucas is 11. He started baking bread two years ago, and he carries her love of it forward — by hand, fresh, made to be finished. Bread good enough there’s never any left.

The bread
Two loaves. Two sizes.
Original and Everything Cheddar, each as a full loaf or a lil one.
Original
A classic artisan loaf. Crackly crust, open crumb, nothing to hide behind. Flour, water, salt, yeast, and time. That’s it.

Everything Cheddar
The Original, run through with everything bagel seasoning and sharp cheddar. Garlic, onion, sesame, and melted cheese in every slice.

LilLil Loaf
The Original, half the size. Same crust, same crumb — just right when one loaf is plenty.

LilLil Ched
The Everything Cheddar, half the size. All the seasoning and sharp cheddar, in a loaf you can finish in a sitting.
